Do you offer Military Discounts?

Are your packages shipped discreetly?

Absolutely. All orders ship out in odorless heat-sealed packaging in non-descript boxes to ensure that your package arrives safely and discreetly.

Are all of your products legal?

Yes, as of the 2018 Farm Bill, Hemp Flower that is below 0.3% Delta-9 THC content is Federally legal. All of our hemp flower is lab tested by third parties to guarantee it is compliant.

What’s your return policy?

All sales are final and non-returnable unless your package is undelivered due to Post Office error or gets delivered with damaged product.

What’s your Cancellation Policy?

Our Cancellation Policy is quite simple, if you have not received an email with shipping confirmation, you are free to cancel your order. To cancel your order, please email with your order number and reason for cancellation. Our team will assist you promptly.

Where’s my shipping/tracking information?

We try our best to get all orders processed and shipped the same day, but it is not always possible. We are also closed Saturdays and Sundays. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has been processed and is awaiting USPS pickup/dropoff.

What form of payments do you accept?

We accept all major forms of credit and debit cards. We also accept Sezzle (Buy now, pay later).

What carriers do you use to ship orders?

All Fields of Hemp packages are shipped via USPS.

“Package Acceptance Pending” / is my order stuck?

If your tracking number reads “Package Acceptance Pending” it means USPS is in possession of your order. USPS does not always scan packages which can leave them without tracking at times or stuck on “Package Acceptance Pending”, no need to worry- this is completely normal and something we deal with on a daily basis. Your order is still en route to you, it has just missed some scans along the way.

Why do I get a Fraud Risk or Fail Message when I try to place an order? Why won’t my order go through?

We have a fraud system in place that may cause you to receive a “Fraud Risk” or “Failed” message when trying to place an order. The most common factors are using a VPN, unusual purchasing patterns, discrepancies in billing or shipping information, or suspicions raised by our fraud detection algorithms. It’s a precautionary measure to protect Fields of Hemp against potentially fraudulent activity. If you do get this message you can contact us at and we can try and help you resolve the issue.
